 - superior strength The unique design of the ‘M’ structure provides greater rigidity and strength making it ideal for new construction projects where greater loading or wider spanning capabilities are required. Macrolux ‘M’ structure sheets can support much larger loads than traditional 16mm polycarbonate for the same deflection and with its extra rigidity, can be regarded as the ultimate solution.
Unlike similar products the Macrolux ‘M’ Structure 35mm has been designed with a unique centre wall which offers increased thermal properties resulting in excellent energy saving performance, and can also be used in a variety of low pitch roof application.
- Maximum versatility, strength & insulation. The ultimate polycarbonate sheet giving maximum strength due to the unique ‘X’ structure and maximum insulation properties with a K valve of 1.4. w/m k. Unlike standard polycarbonate sheet, 40mm ‘X’ Structure has a diffused obscure finish giving even light distribution and privacy. Ideally suited for low pitch Roofing or where exceptional wind/snow loading capacity is required.
Standard widths in 25mm and 35mm are 900mm,1050mm,1200mm and 2100mm and up to 7000mm in length.
