Do You Cut To Size?

We offer a free cutting service on Polycarbonate, Solid poly, Acrylic and Soffit & Fascias. We can only offer straight cuts (No shapes or curves) but can cut triangles and tapers for polycarbonate. Due to Undulation we can NOT cut Corrugated Panels.

Do You Deliver?

Yes, we offer a free delivery service within our local area within an aproximate 30 mile radius excluding the Isle of Wight. Deliveries outside this area maybe subject to charge depending on order quantity, size and dimensions.

Normal deliveries are Monday to Friday and we strive to provide a time that suits.

Do You Open Weekends?

Unfortunately we do not open weekends or bank holidays.
Our opening times are Monday to Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Do You Accept Payments Over The Phone?

Yes,you can pay over the phone, we accept Visa or Mastercard payments. You can pay up front and collect later.

(we require payment before cutting any product).

Do You Offer Trade Account Facilities?

Yes, we offer trade account facilities, all you need to do is fill out an Account Application Form, which you can request to be posted to you or collect in store.

Do You Offer Trade Discount?

We give discount on selected items in our price list, this is indicated on the web site price lists. The products discounted include:
Gutter -10% , Fascia & soffit -20% and roofing accessories such as Bars and some components -25%.
We also offer discount on acrylics and solid poly but this can vary depending on quantity

Do You Stock All Products?

We stock a vast range of products, but unfortunatley we can not stock every product. Composite doors, Door panels, Windows and G.R.P. mouldings are made to measure and need to be ordered on request. To find out what structured polycarbonate we stock please vist our Polycarbonate Range page.

Coloured Hygienic Cladding is not stocked but is next day to us.
Brown Gutter is not stocked. (order on request).
We offer a small range of rosewood and mahogany trims more available on request..

Can Other Products Be Ordered?

Yes, if you require a product that is not stocked or not listed in our price list. We may be able to order it for you providing our suppliers produce it. This may incure a charge, or that you purchase a pack quantity.

What Are Your Window Cut Off Times?

Our window cut of times for white u-pvc windows are 1 week from Wednesday to Thursday and 2 weeks on pvc sliding doors and rosewood or oak. For example if you ordered a white u-pvc window on Monday - Wednesday it will arrive to us the following Thursday.
